Home-made Baby Food Recipes
Here are some recipes if you want to make your own baby food. Although making your own food takes more time then buying, its cheaper and way healthier.
Tip: make more food than needed and freeze the rest for later 

Pureed Sweet Potato 
makes 12 tablespoons
  • 1 sweet potato (around 1/2 pound)
  • 1/2 - 1 cup of apple juice, pear juice, breast milk or formula
  1. wash sweet potato good and prick skin all around with fork. Microwave on high for 8-10 min until soft. Let cool, then peel potato. Cut potato into small chunks and put into a food processor. Pour in 1/2 cup of liquid and puree until smooth. Use more liquid if needed.
  2. Combine pureed sweet potato with pureed bananas for extra yumminess!
